Handmade Wax Thickness: Being 100% handmade, the thickness of the outer wax cannot be perfectly consistent. We recommend finding the thinner spots to squeeze and crack first!
Fragile Wax Shell (Normal Phenomenon): The outer wax skin is INTENTIONALLY fragile—cracking it is the whole point of the toy! Minor cracks occurring during shipping are normal and do not affect the playability.
Temperature Sensitivity: The wax thickness is moderate, but if the item arrives frozen due to cold winter weather, it will require a bit more force to crack open.
Stickiness, Dust & Fogging: Due to the special materials used to create the “Vaseline-like” soft center, the inner ball skin is naturally sticky. It may attract small lint and dust from the air, or appear slightly foggy over time. This is a normal characteristic of the material.
No Adjustments & No Replacement Skins: Due to the special compound used, you CANNOT use external auxiliary packs to adjust the hardness/softness. Any gifted auxiliary packs are not covered by after-sales. We do NOT provide replacement ball skins for this item.
